PECULIARITIES OF POST-FIRM REHABILITATION PIGLES DEPENDING ON THE SEASON OF BIRTH

The features of the rehabilitation immune system piglets after weaning were studied in connection with different seasons farrowing. To fulfill this goal, 4 groups formed from offspring sows SM-1 breed Novosibirsk selection. 1st group included winter farrowings, and 2nd, 3rd 4th groups, respectively, young animals born spring, summer autumn. Each consisted 30 animals. Studies indicators status carried out before days weaning. Weaning their subsequent regrouping educational farm «Tulinskoye» is at age 60 days. research results have shown that state 2- 3-month-old pigs seasonal. Piglets autumn show best leukopoiesis, T-, B-lymphopoiesis, formation functionally mature T-lymphocytes, activated T-lymphocytes antitelogenesis. second position terms intensity antitelogenesis B-lymphopoiesis occupied by summer. raised differ peers a low level IgM synthesis, while spring lowest total numbers T-helper inductors, T-killer suppressors, B-lymphocytes IgG. A month weaning, animals, regardless season birth, showed statistically significant decrease T-lymphopoiesis. activity T-link decreased most significantly obtained spring. However, contrast to peers, youngsters increase blood IgG concentrations. In winter, autumn, on contrary, decreased, remained same level.
